Welcome to the Mad Man Hockey website. By using this website, registering for an event, submitting information, or participating in a Mad Man Hockey tournament, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Website Use

This website is intended to provide information about Mad Man Hockey tournaments, events, rules, schedules, scores, standings, hotel policies, registration links, and contact information.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the operation, security, or content of the site.

Tournament Information

Mad Man Hockey works to keep tournament information accurate and current. However, tournament dates, locations, divisions, schedules, pricing, rules, formats, and other event details may change.

Mad Man Hockey reserves the right to update, modify, cancel, combine, split, or adjust tournament divisions, schedules, rules, and event formats when necessary.

Registration

Tournament registration may be completed through third-party registration platforms such as Regystra or similar providers. By registering for an event, teams agree to follow all Mad Man Hockey rules, hotel policies, payment requirements, roster requirements, and event-specific instructions.

Submitting a registration does not guarantee acceptance into a tournament unless confirmed by Mad Man Hockey or the applicable registration platform.

Payments

Payments may be made online during registration or through other approved payment methods communicated by Mad Man Hockey.

Credit card invoice payments may be subject to a 3% processing fee.

Teams are responsible for ensuring payments are submitted by applicable deadlines.

Refunds and Withdrawals

Refunds, deposits, withdrawals, and sold-out event policies are governed by the Mad Man Hockey Refund Policy. By registering for an event, teams acknowledge and agree to the refund terms posted on this website.

Hotel and Stay-to-Play Policy

Mad Man Hockey tournaments are Stay to Play events unless otherwise stated.

Traveling Teams is the hotel partner used for tournament hotel accommodations. Teams considered out-of-town teams must comply with all hotel policies and procedures. Booking outside available room blocks may result in disqualification from the event.

Rules and Conduct

All teams, coaches, players, parents, spectators, and guests are expected to follow Mad Man Hockey rules, facility rules, hotel policies, and sportsmanship expectations.

Mad Man Hockey reserves the right to remove individuals or teams from an event or facility for inappropriate conduct, rule violations, hotel policy violations, use of ineligible players, abuse of officials, or behavior that negatively impacts the tournament experience.

Schedules, Scores, and Standings

Schedules, scores, and standings may be provided through third-party platforms such as GameSheet or similar services. Mad Man Hockey is not responsible for technical issues, outages, display errors, or platform delays caused by third-party systems.

Intellectual Property

All Mad Man Hockey names, logos, graphics, images, content, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Mad Man Hockey unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without permission.

Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party platforms, including registration, scoring, hotel, apparel, payment, or social media services. Mad Man Hockey is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

Limitation of Liability

Mad Man Hockey is not liable for damages, losses, injuries, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, third-party platform issues, hotel issues, or other claims arising from use of the website or participation in events, except where prohibited by law.

Participation in hockey events involves inherent risks. Teams, players, coaches, parents, and spectators are responsible for understanding and accepting those risks.

Changes to These Terms

Mad Man Hockey may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
